How do you keep the windmills of your mind in motion?

I listen to a fair number of lectures on the University of Washington channels on our local cable system (if I can’t go in person). Might not be everybody’s cup of tea, but I learn some good stuff. I’m going to the Mini Medical School lectures starting February 1

Sting difn’t write the song… my fav version is Dusty Springfield and no it does not reflect my age…!!!!

Often, unexpressed thoughts tumble over each other, are non-sensical, can be moved into unimagined directions by the simplest little things. You can build entire fantasies in your mind and sustain them.
It’s impossible to know exactly why someone’s opinions are the way they are unless you actually are that person. It’s hard for me to describe..
The mind is definitely complex, to the point of absurdity to a casual observer. I think Windmills Of Your Mind captures that perfectly.
