The law states already that any excess power generated and put back into the grid by lets say a wind turbine on your land MUST be purchased by the utility company at current rates.

Where can I find previously featured items on Yahoo?
Yesterday (march 1), I saw featured an animated short about a man’s struggle with a windmill that was controlling his island. I wanted to view it, but didn’t have a chance, and now I can’t find it today. I have tried search, and other areas of Yahoo, but can’t find it.

yahoo search , then type in date or use the advanced link off to the side.

one thing you might think of – if you cant book mark it right away – take a screenshot
use key combo fn+ print screen
open PAINT
choose EDIT< PASTE
this way you will get a quick idea of what you wanted and go from there
