Why does Napoleon in Animal Farm want to build a windmill?
Snowball wants to make the windmill because it shortens work hours for the other animals, makes their lives easier, etc, but what is Napoleon’s reason? Napoleon doesn’t care about the good of the other animals. What does Napoleon have to gain from the windmill?
admin answers:
It will increase productivity and therefore be of financial advantage to the farm, and it will make his own life more comfortable. Actually, his and Snowball’s reasons for wanting the windmill probably overlap quite a bit, but Napoleon doesn’t want the windmill built until he can take credit for it.

Chris asks…
What is the difference between an Aermotor 602 windmill and a 702?
I already know the 602 was produced earlier than the 702, but are there any visual or other differences in the gearbox or something? I’d like to know the inner workings of all types of farm water pumping windmills so any information would be appreciated.
admin answers:
The 702 featured replaceable bearings and screw-type wheel arms. Seems to be easier to maintain. They look almost the same.
